6.2 We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or contact details provided by the user.
6.3 Pickup orders must be collected within the scheduled time. Orders not picked up on time may be canceled without refund.

7.2 If there is a quality issue, users must contact customer support within 24 hours and provide supporting evidence (e.g., photos). We will review and determine if a refund or compensation is appropriate.
